Not all modular homes are created equal. At Leland’s Modular, we combine the speed and efficiency of factory-built homes with the quality and craftsmanship of site-built construction. Unlike mobile or HUD homes, we build our modular homes to true residential codes (IRC), ensuring long-term durability.

What makes us different? Every modular home we sell is built in our own company-owned, modular-certified factories. We don’t resell third-party factory builds or modular homes constructed by outside companies. This direct-to-consumer model ensures complete control over quality, craftsmanship, and timelines — so our clients know exactly what they’re getting.

We prioritize customization, working closely with you to design the perfect space, and we’re the only modular builder planting 20 trees per home to offset our environmental impact. Because at Leland’s Modular, it’s more than just building a home—it’s your journey, our craft, a shared dream.
