At Lelands Modular, we stand behind the quality of our products and craftsmanship. This Warranty Policy (“Warranty”) explains what is covered, what is not covered, and how to request service.
1. Coverage
Structural Warranty: We warrant the structural integrity of our modular buildings against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of [X years] from the date of delivery.
Materials & Components: Specific materials, components, or finishes may carry their own manufacturer warranties, which we will pass on to you where applicable.
Roofing & Siding: Roofing and siding are covered under this warranty for [X years] against defects in installation or materials.
Doors & Windows: Doors and windows are warranted for [X years] against failure of operation due to defects in materials or workmanship.

Damage caused by weather events, natural disasters, flooding, fire, or other “acts of God.”
Improper site preparation, foundation issues, or ground shifting that cause structural movement or settling.

Any product used for commercial or rental purposes unless specifically agreed in writing.
3. Owner Responsibilities
To keep your warranty valid, you must:
Properly maintain the building according to the care instructions provided.
