View SeriesTogether, we will build your ideal space
At Leland's Modular, every home starts with a shared vision — yours. Our process combines craftsmanship, efficiency, and care to deliver homes that are built stronger, faster, and smarter than traditional site-built construction.
Engineered for Quality
Every Leland’s Modular home is built to IRC residential standards in a climate-controlled environment and passes a 131-point inspection before leaving the factory.
Transparent, Predictable Process
From pricing to delivery, you’ll always know what to expect. Our modular builds typically take 12–18 weeks, so your timeline stays on track.
Crafted in America
With two factories — in Grandview, Texas and Munfordville, Kentucky — each home is built by skilled American craftsmen who care about every detail.
Built for Life
Our homes are backed by a 10-year structural warranty and come with the same durability and resale value as any traditional home.
Sustainable by Design
We’re committed to giving back. For every home we build, 20 trees are planted — a living symbol of growth and sustainability.
Guided by People Who Care
Our sales and service teams walk beside you from the first consultation to move-in day. We’re not just building homes — we’re building relationships.
How It Works
From our first conversation to move-in day, here's what working with Daniel Sollenberger looks like.
Request ConsultationShare your vision
Every modular home journey starts with a conversation. I’ll sit down with you to understand your goals, budget, and what "home" means to you — whether that’s a peaceful retreat, a family home, or an investment property. Together, we’ll explore floorplans and styles that bring your ideas to life.
Set Budget & Timeline
Once we’ve defined your vision, we’ll establish a transparent budget and a realistic timeline. Most of our modular homes are completed in 12–18 weeks, with every step scheduled before we begin — so there are no surprises along the way.
Design & Build
After finalizing your floorplan, our design and production teams get to work in one of our state-certified factories building to IRC code in Texas or Kentucky. Your home is built indoors under controlled conditions, inspected at 131 quality checkpoints, and engineered for long-term durability and efficiency.
Delivery & Installation
When your modular home is complete, it’s carefully transported to your property, placed on its permanent foundation, and finished out to meet local codes. I’ll walk you through the final inspection and make sure every detail matches your expectations — so move-in day feels effortless.
Don't Just Take Our Word for It
We had a wonderful experience with the team at Leland’s Cabins. They patiently worked with us to design the home that we wanted, customizing the items that were important to us. They even went above and beyond by helping us purchase windows and doors that would go into the full basement so that we had a consistent look for the entire house. We were able to see our home as it was being built. The team that came onsite to do the final build was also wonderful.
I want to first qualify myself. I have been a Florida State Certified General Contractor for over 40 years. I decided to go with a modular built cabin for our Kentucky river front home because I knew I couldn’t be on the job full time. It was one of the best decisions I ever made in my building career. They were incredibly easy to work with and every promise made was a promise kept. As for workmanship, I still marvel at the incredible wood work in our cabin. As a bonus, all this came with a price tag substantially less than a stick built or log cabin kit house.
I worked with Leland’s Cabins after a tornado hit my house. They took one of their floor plans and modified it to fit my existing foundation. The staff was accommodating, professional, friendly and fast. I was one of the first, in my neighborhood, to be in my house!
