Located in the rolling hills of south-central Kentucky, our Munfordville facility builds high-quality modular homes and commercial buildings for customers throughout Kentucky and across the eastern United States — serving families, campground owners, developers, businesses, and community organizations.

Every home is built indoors in a climate-controlled facility, where our craftsmen work with greater precision, protected from rain, snow, and weather delays. Every unit is certified to the International Residential Code (IRC) and independently inspected during construction. Homes meet the same residential building standards used for traditional site-built homes, while offering the efficiency, quality control, and predictability of factory construction.
