For anyone who wants to put their own personal touch on a home or business, we handle the tough stuff — framing, roofing, windows, doors, and exterior siding — so you can do the interior finishing yourself. Works well for DIY enthusiasts, contractors subcontracting finish work, or off-grid setups. Shells meet IRC residential code standards and can be completed in a few weeks.
Every Shell Includes
- Any residential or commercial series floorplan (RVIA Park Models excluded)
- Electrical rough-in available, dependent on state
- Subfloor installation included, with subfloor spray foam insulation
- Lofted options available in Trophy Peak shells
- Interior framed to residential code with house wrap
- Louisiana Pacific SmartBoard siding or Sherwin Williams exterior paint coating
Want rustic pine walls? Go for it. Prefer modern drywall and sleek finishes? That's your call.
Not included: RVIA Park Models can't be purchased as shells, and interior finishing — drywall, flooring, fixtures, and the like — is left to you or your contractor to complete.
